It is different from Microblading, or any other common brow treatment. Microfeathering gives the appearance of naturally thicker more sculpted eyebrows through semi-permanent pigmentation. It is a technique in which a row of needles is used to hand-draw tiny ‘hairs’ in each brow. The aim is to mimic the natural shape of your brow in precise detail to achieve a fuller, but natural, look.

Microblading involves super fine micro-blade etching lines into the skin that flow in the same direction as your own hairs, with a semi-permanent pigment, added.
The initial procedure takes approximately 2 hours. During this time, a
consultation at Brows By VJ is done where we discuss your desired brow look, choose a color tone and draw the initial outline of the procedure area for your approval. Though faces are NOT perfectly symmetrical (one side is usually flatter than the other), we do our very best to create as much symmetry as possible! As we like to say BROWS ARE SISTERS, NOT TWINS. Once you are satisfied with the basic shape and symmetry, the area is then traced over and the semi-permanent pigment is applied with a disposable Microblading tool.
Ombré powder brows
Ombré is a semi-permanent powdered brows technique for clients who prefer fuller results than hair strokes but are still very soft. … The tails of the brow are darker and fade into a light beginning to the brow, giving a perfect Ombre makeup affect. The effects will be waterproof, smudge-proof, and completely natural.
COMBINATION BROWS
If you’re trying to choose between the natural hair stroke and the filled-in makeup look, there is no need to worry. Combination brows are, wait for it… a COMBO of both looks for maximum effect. Considered the “ultimate brow treatment,” combination brows are the best of both worlds, working in perfect harmony to achieve a beautifully natural-yet-defined brow.
With combo brows, the head of the brow is feathered with hair-like strokes, while the tail is powdered for that perfect definition. Using the same techniques as the powdered ombré, you still enjoy the pretty-much-painless benefits of this new procedure while getting the perfect mix of hair and powder.

In order to ensure that the brows look perfect, a follow-up treatment is usually needed within 3 – 4 weeks after healing. This touch-up is included in the package as it gives us the ability to correct any areas that possibly faded or allows the client to make suggestions if they want adjustments with the shape or color.
