Refund & Cancellations policy

Cancellations/Reschedules

The deposit is non-transferable upon rescheduling or cancellation unless appointment is rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit is only transferable once. If cancelling less than 48 hours, you will need to put a new deposit for a new appointment.

No show

Your deposit of $200 will be forfeited if you no call/no show to your appointment. If you want to be taken back on as a client you will need to pay another deposit for $200 non refundable upfront.

Refund Policy

All services rendered by Brows by VJ are provided on a non-refundable basis.

The customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action

Late or missed appointments

To secure your appointment with us, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If we do not receive notice within that time frame, the deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to book another appointment, a new $200 deposit will be required to reserve your spot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 10-20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location on 5801 Roswell Rd. Sandy Springs, Ga

Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.
